I built Sitecheck because I've always wanted a simple, practical tool to help understand and improve website performance, accessibility and SEO.
As a web developer, I often needed a straightforward, reliable tool to quickly assess website performance, accessibility, and SEO. I wanted to challenge myself to build a full-stack analysis platform from scratch, and create a resource where I could experiment with integrations like Google PageSpeed, accessibility tooling, and automated scanning.
Sitecheck is a solo developer project that I created out of personal need and continue to build based on what I learn and hear from users. It's publicly available with both free and premium options, designed to be practical and accessible for developers, small businesses, and website owners. I'd love to hear your feedback and ideas — together we can make this an even better tool for everyone.
Sitecheck was born from a personal need: I wanted a tool that combines performance, accessibility, and SEO analysis without the high costs of enterprise services. It started as a solo project to fill that gap, built for developers, small businesses, and anyone who needs quick, actionable insights. While Sitecheck now offers premium plans for advanced features, the core scanning remains accessible to all. I'm committed to continuously improving it based on real-world feedback and use cases.
I'd love to hear your feedback, suggestions, or ideas for improving Sitecheck. Whether you've found a bug, have a feature request, or just want to share how you're using the tool — your input helps make Sitecheck better for everyone.
